The planned opening of Everton's new stadium at Bramley Moore has caused a stir among  business's and residents in the North end of Liverpool related to the parking.

It triggered us to dig into the archives and re-release this design reamagined from a great pic by Tom Wood featuring a group of lads on 1980s Scotland Road.

These lads could be the characters from the age old joke about a group of lads asking an away fan if they could mind his car only to receive the reply 'Nah, its got a Rottweiler in the back' to which one of the lads quickly retorted 'Does it put fires out?'
